Vegan Tasting Party offers a chance to get together with other vegans and vegetarians to taste an all-new vegan meal plan. The party presentation demonstrates how to cook in mason jars to save money and time, improve health, and eliminate pots and pans and cook all your meals for the week. Vegan teacher, Teré Foster, shows how to combine whole foods such as rice, garbanzos, pinto beans, quinoa, millet, black beans and lentils to create gourmet plant protein using their packets of exotic spices.  Gluten free, vegan whole foods will be prepared to sample and purchase for those who are interested.  Learn more.

Learn the difference between vegetarian and vegan, lacto-vegan, ovo-vegan, pesca-vegan, raw vegan, and whole foods vegan.  We support the transitioning vegan and those who are still trying to decide. No guilt or shame for those who are not yet sure of their position. This light-hearted environment provides a safe place to try new things as we balance serious health issues and animal rights issues with the reality of a challenging vegan lifestyle.

Experienced vegans can also benefit by seeing our cooking system that takes the guess work and stress work out of relying on plant protein for every meal.


How Much Food Per Person?

We cook up a batch of Vegan Side Dishes for a Vegan Tasting Party.  The party can be for your own family, then it will be enough to last for the entire week.  It could be a group of 50 people who just want to "taste".  It doesn't matter to us how many people come. You keep all of the left-overs.  Whatever is left over will be labeled and placed in your refrigerator ready to HEAT - GARNISH - SERVE in under 10 minutes long after we are gone.  We demonstrate exactly what our Vegan Chef will do for you each time he or she comes to your home. You will see exactly how much food the plan makes and what it tastes like.


Vegan Side Dishes Improve Your Health

When you follow our plan in your own home you can always build out from the side dishes with your own preferences or diet restrictions.  Add bread, add meat, add cheese or sour cream. Add fresh vegetables and fruit.  Spice it up with sesame seeds or coconut shreds. It's your meal.  Have it your way!

When you start each meal with our Vegan Side Dishes you know that you have a complete plant protein and tons of vitamins, minerals and fiber. When you follow our cooking methods you will use no oils or fats at all.  These foods are the original plan of Mother Nature for a heart-healthy, low-calorie, fat-free, gluten free, plant protein diet. Anything more than this is "gravy".
